About Finca Cortesin estate
The estate of Finca Cortesin is located 30 min from Marbella between Estepona and Sotogrande. He owes his fame to the golf course and the very luxurious hotel Finca Cortesin Golf & Spa hotel. The hotel houses a beautiful spa, 4 swimming pools and among the excellent dining options there is even a Japanese restaurant (Rai) with a Michelin star.
Set in an undulating valley between the Mediterranean and the Sierra Blanca, the 18-hole golf course was designed by Cabell Robinson and was home to the annual Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2009, 2011 and 2012. Other hotel facilities include the Jack Nicklaus Academy, 2 tennis courts and 2 padel courts.
900 m from the estate Finca Cortesin is the finca Cortesin beach resort. This resort is located on the beach and has a beautiful large swimming pool (35m) surrounded by tall palm trees. Here one has the feeling of being in Bali rather than in Spain. The friendly bartender will be happy to bring you your favorite cocktail and possibly take your reservation for an excellent lunch in the restaurant with a sea view. This place really radiates peace and vacation, perfect for doing nothing.
In September 2023, Finca Cortesin will receive the Solheim Cup, this is the female counterpart of Ryder Cub. This event will attract a lot of people and so this is how Finca Cortesin will be put back once again on the world map. Luxery apartments

Terrazas de Cortesin "Sea View"
The Sea View project is the last project built on the Finca Cortesin Estate. It is located on one of the higher points of the estate in a green zone. Thanks to its height, you get a breathtaking 180° view of the mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the marina of Estepona. You enter through the main entrance of the well-known 5 star hotel Finca Cortesin where a friendly security guard awaits you. Once past the security barrier, you drive on a private road, through the beautiful backdrop of the finca Cortesin, to arrive at the luxurious Terrazza de Cortesin Sea View project. Once through the automated gate you can enjoy the beautiful pool view with the marina of Estepôna in the distance. This road will lead you to the underground garage determined for you. The project consists of only 44 luxurious apartments, penthouses and townhouses, giving a pleasant feeling of tranquility. The Hotel Finca Cortesin offers you several possibilities to relax with Spa, sports or the beach club, albeit at an additional cost. Of course you can always use the private swimming pool that faces south and enjoy the peace and beautiful view there
Sea View is the perfect base to go to Estepona (10min) village or to the most visited mountain village of Andalusia, Casares (10min). You can go to the beach from Sea View or take a nice bike walk. A little further is Sotogrande, which is known for playing polo, beach bars and the lively animated marina.
It is clear that Sea View has everything a person needs to spend a peaceful holiday. One can enjoy all the wild things around Marbella/Puerto Banus, yet always come back to the oasis of tranquility. The estate has 24/hr security so that only authorized people can enter.
It is advisable to rent a car as people make a lot of trips to fully enjoy your stay. It is best to do this at Malaga airport.
